When we talk about our management team here at Professional Answering Service, a few things come to mind, but the first is longevity. Between the four key lead positions, there is over 70 years of experience combined, all with Professional Answering Service. Each member of the management team has started from the bottom.
We have all been there, answering the calls that are coming in. We all have a thorough understanding of what our operators are doing with each call. We understand what the operator’s needs are, what equipment, software, and scripting that must be in place for them to be successful. We also understand the importance of the calls to our clients.
Not only do we have the expertise to maintain a professional service, but we are always accessible to our clients. We maintain relationships with our clients; we want them to know if a problem arises, we will be there to help them through it. We want our clients to know that if anything arises, we will be there. We have clients who have been on service with us for decades, and I think this is a testament to our operators and our team.
The experience we all have working together for so long has also made us a more effective team. We know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and we are always ready to support each other in any way necessary. The bottom line for us is making sure the client is happy.
